• Project and session content you choose to save
• Phone number and notification preferences if you opt into SMS or voice
• Usage data — forge counts, provider usage, cost estimates for billing and system health

🔒 What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data for advertising
• Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes
• We do not show your private session content publicly
• We do not use your prompts to train any first-party model without your explicit opt-in consent
• We do not store payment card numbers — handled entirely by Stripe

⚡ AI providers

Parallaxed routes prompts and related content to AI providers you select (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Groq, and others). Those providers have their own privacy policies and data retention practices. We do not control how providers independently process or retain prompts sent through their APIs.

✓ Your rights

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Deletion — delete your account and all associated data within 30 days
• Opt-out of messaging — reply STOP to any text, or email us
• Correction — correct inaccurate personal data

California residents (CCPA): we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
