Terms governing use of the Parallaxed platform, including the SMS messaging program.

📱 Messaging program

Parallaxed may send account alerts, session summaries, service notices, and related support messages to users who explicitly opt in. This includes alerts from the NaggyAI notification plugin when enabled by the user. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

🛑 STOP & HELP

Reply STOP to opt out of future texts at any time. Reply HELP for help. We honor opt-out requests promptly and stop future messages after the opt-out is processed.

No locked-in messaging. Opting out of SMS at any time does not affect your account, subscription, or access to the service.

📋 Use of service

Use the service lawfully — do not abuse the infrastructure or attempt to reverse-engineer system prompts
AI output is assistive and should be reviewed by a human before reliance on any professional domain
SMS consent is separate from account registration and is never a condition of purchase
We may update these terms for service or legal reasons with notice to registered users

⚠️ AI output disclaimer

AI output requires your judgment. Agent responses, mediator syntheses, and Q-Scores are generated by large language models. They can be wrong, outdated, or incomplete. Do not rely on Parallaxed output as professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice without independent verification.
